Who we are
VAR is a technology consultancy based in Amman, Jordan. You can reach us on WhatsApp or at hello@var.it.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
The only information we collect on this site is what you choose to send us: your name, phone number and message through the contact form, or whatever you send us on WhatsApp or by email. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics that profile you. Like any website host, ours keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the site.
How we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to understand your enquiry and respond to it. Contact form messages pass through this website’s server to a private VAR Google Form. WhatsApp messages stay within WhatsApp, and emails within our email provider. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Where it is stored
Form messages are stored in our private Google account, WhatsApp messages on WhatsApp’s platform, and emails with our email provider. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to follow up or to keep a record of our conversations, and remove them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp, email us, or use the contact page, and we will act on it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above. For anything you are unsure about, just ask. We would rather explain it than hide it.
