The only information we collect on this site is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, phone number, and message. If you reach out over WhatsApp, we also receive whatever you send there. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics that profile you.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to understand your enquiry and respond to it. Contact form submissions are delivered to a private VAR inbox through Google Forms. WhatsApp messages are handled within WhatsApp. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our private Google account, and WhatsApp messages on WhatsApp's platform. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to follow up or to keep a record of our conversations, and remove them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page and we will action it.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above. For anything you are unsure about, just ask. We would rather explain it than hide it.
